CODNERGIAL.__ Correspondence of the Advertiser. HAMBURG, Dec. 9. Co-rro.-For the past week our market has been much depressed, and prices continue very irreghla-r, and in favor of buyers. Nueh of the Cotton re ceived this week was stored on account of Planters. Our market closes to-day very dull, and with an evi dent downward tendency. We are just in receipt of later news from Liver. pool, whict brings a decline of 1-8 of a pcnny. and a dull market-together witlh quite unfavorable war news; Sevastopol not taken yet, and re-inforeements of troop< on both sides. The English Government has called on the militia for Volunteers, which indi bate a Winter's campaign. We quote sales Irregular to-day at 6 to 8 eents, but look for a further deelinc the ensuing week.
