Roper. Estate .Or Sampson B. Mays deceased,
Whitlield and Allen Addison, John Rainsford
and Dr. Edward J. Mims. Upon it are about
sixtyfive or seventy Acres of choice low
grounds, near one hundred and fifty Acres of
first rate oak and hickory woodland, about three
hundred Aeres of eleare Land, (all undr good
fencing,) the balance being grown up in pmno
thickets. On the premiies are two very good
welling houses (one of them newly repaired)
and all needful outbuildins in very )ood condi
tion.
An nere, embracing the Family Burial ground,
will be the only reservation as to the land.
I will also sell at the same time and on the

groes, viz: Isaac, Ned, George, Henry, Jim,
Abratm, Wade, Nancy, Charlotte, Sarah and her
child Vincent, Justice and her two children

William, Rose, hillis and Jacob. Out of this
family nearly every purchaser can be suited.
There are among thue a good fhoe-maker, a

worth, the following valuable real estate of the

Tract No. I, known as the " Homestead
Tract," containing Fifteen hundred and fifteen

South West of Edgefield C. HI., on Beaverdam
Creek, adjoining lands of Mrs. B. Hollings
orth, Mrs. Brunson and others.
Tis tract is in a fine state of improvement

-first rate order for making a crop, the Plank
Road to Cheatham's', now in progress of con
struction, will run directly by the yard. On

Tract No 2, knowvn as the " Hollister Tract,"
containing one hundred and fifty acres, more or
less, and adjoining the larger piace.
