Upon it are about sixtyfive or seventy Acres of choice low grounds, near one hundred and fifty Acres of first rate oak and hickory woodland, about three hundred Aeres of eleare Land, (all undr good fencing,) the balance being grown up in pmno thickets. On the premiies are two very good welling houses (one of them newly repaired) and all needful outbuildins in very )ood condi tion. An nere, embracing the Family Burial ground, will be the only reservation as to the land.
