have enjoye.1 tor the past year. They exceedingly
regret that the invonvenlienuee of their Roomts has
hitherto afforded themn no opportnity tfer a publie
examination of th, ir Selcholars. it is with pleasure,
however, they announre the spe.ey ereetion of a
large and convenient building. A suitable lot has
already been procured ani arrangements are in pro
gress for the inmeliate coniniteneenment of the
building which will be haitened to completion.
The School will then be furnished with all the ne
eessary apparatus for facilitating the Scholars in the
various Departments of Study, and the public are
assured that no pains will be spared to place the
Schol on an equal feoting with any in the State.
The exercises f the Sehool will be resumed on
MONDAY, January 3d.
Terms of Tuition the same as formerly.
It is desirable that the Scholars begin with the
opening (if the Session, partCenltarly such as intend
to coneinee the high branches of stuly.
The Teacers hold themnselves in readiness to ae
commenodate the Scholars with Board at the usual
prices, $110 per month.

the sanme upon whom a copy of the said dechiaration

clarations within a year and a day from this date,
otherwise final anad absolute judgment will then be
given and awarded against them.
