dlollars and fifty cents, due one day from 9th Oct. -
1850 ; one on Win. Adams, principal, and D. P.
Self and Elbert Cornet securities, payable to A. Nix,
Adm'r, of J. Logan, dee'd., or bearer, for sixteen
dollars, due 25th December last, and credited with
six dollars and fourteen cents, sometime in July of
the present year; One on ullgh Nix, principal, and
A. Nix and Samuel Thorenton securities, payable to
James Tompkins or bearer, for twenty-four dollars,
given 25th Nov. 1850, nnd due 12 imontis after
wards: and one on Samuel Nix, payable to E. H.
