suits respectively of George J. Weaver & Co.,
and Wilson, Young & Co., having filed in my office,
together with a Schedule, on oath, of his state and
efrects, his petition to the Court of Common Pleas,
praying that he may bc-admitted to the benefit of
the Acts of the General Assembly, made for the
relief of insolvent debtors. It is ordered that the
said George J. Weaver & Co. and the said Wilson,
Young & Co., and all other Creditors to whonm the
said William Miller is in anywise indebted, he, and
they are hereby sumimoned, and have notice to
appear before the said Court at Edgefield Court
Ifouse on the first Monday in October next, to show
