N OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by
virtue of an order from the Court ol
Equity, I shall sell at Edgefield Court House,
on the first Monday. in December next, the
following property, viz.
One tract of land, coutaining three hundred
acres, more or less, lying near the Savannah
Rivet, in Beach Island, in the District and
State aforesaid, and adjoining lands of Ulrick
Reddick. Randolph Bradford, and others.
Also, the fiollowiug Negroes-eight in number,
viz. Isaac, Miles, Randal, Newman, Ned, Dal
ney, Mary and Ellen.
Said Land will be sold on a credit of one
and two years, and the Negroes on a credit of
one year, except for so mich as will pay the
cost of this suit to be paid in cash. Purchasers
giving bond and good sureties, and the pur
chasers of the Land a Mortgage of the premi
ses.
A mong the above negtoes, is said to be a
good Blacksmith.
I will also sell in the above case. at the resi
