A LL Fevers are occasianed by the disor. dered motion of the blood, produced by the humoral serosity of hardening the valves of the vessels. The blood circulates with greatly increased speed, and is still incrcased by the friction of the globules, or particles whichlconm pose the mass of fluids. Th'len it is tbat the excessive heat and chills is experienced thro' out the whole system, and accompanied with great thirst, pain in the head, back, kidnieys, and in fact a complete prosurationi of a'l the facualties of the mind as well as body. On tfie first attack of fever, or any disecase, immediately take a large dose of Brandretit's Vegetable Unirersal Pills, anid conimue to kee p up a powerful effecct upon the bowels until the fever or pain hus entirely ceased. Six or eight will in most cases be sutlicient as a first dose, and one dose of this kind it is not- improbable, may prever.t months of sickness, perhaps death. Dr. Brandreth'~s Vegetable Universal Pills are indeed a universally aporoved medicine, which by its peculiar action, cleanses the blood of all impurities, removes every Pain and Weakness, and finally restores the Constitu tion to perfect health and vigor. i!7'The Pills are sold at Dr. BIrandreth's Of flee, 241 Broadway, N.
