CORN FIE LDS.
NT MAR nOWeT.
In The oug merry time of Spring,
WhIten clove gins to bun-t;
When blue-bells nod within the wood.
And sweet May whiten fins:;
When merle and wavis sing their fill,
Ureen is the young corn on the hill.
But when the merry Spring is past.
And Summer growth behold,
And in the garden and the field
A thousand flowe.s unfold;
Before a green leafyet is sere.
The young corn shoots into the ear.
But then. as day and night succeed,
And Summer weareth on.
And in the Bowery gnaden-bed
The red-rose growetis wan.
And hollv.hock und mon-flowerq tall
O'ertop the mossy garienl-wall.
When on the breath of asitin' breeze.
From pastures dry an.1 mrmw is.
