to nuthorise the South Western Rail Road
Bank to establish Branches and Agencies
in this state, and the bill was read a see
ond time. and ordered to the Senate.
The Report of the committee on In
corporations, op the petitions of sundry
vitizens Of Cheraw and its viciuity, for
the establishment of a Rail'toad from the
NorthCarolina line, to Columbia, bv way
of Cheraw. and on a bill to incoiporate
the Metropolitan Rail Road Cmupany,
was agreed to, anvd the substituted hilT,
under the above title, was read a second
time, clause lby clause, amended and or
dered to the Senate.
The Report of the Committee on Ways
