Wesly Vtrecn, of Little River, situated
near the lato residence of l)r
Cuekon, about seven mile* this side of
Little River village, was entered by
burglars on last Monday night and
robbed of a large quantity of goods.
The entrance to the store was effected
by boring off the lock. No clue to
who committed the robbery is yet
had; but front the quantity, and bulk
of the articles stolen, several must have
been engaged in it. One item of goods
tyken was sixteen whole pieces of
brown homespuns and prints; another,
a halt barrel of sugar.

the Comptroller General for such suspen
sion or postponement is the non-readiness of
some of the tax ollieers in the stale to begin
the said collection: therefore.

treasurers and auditors throughout the State
that the siid ollicial consent, on my part, to
the said circular which has been issued was
