sonic time that a few ol our youths
who attend services in the Methodist
church make it convenient to sit near
the doors, and immediately on the dismissal

At a meeting of t he Hoard of Commissioners
of Election held this day, in obedidnee to
an order of the County Commissioners lot
Horry county, dated May 5th, 1874, and in
pursuance ol an Act passed at t^e last session
of the General Assembly of this State entitled
"An Act to authorize and empower certain
coun'icslo issue bonds in subscription for prefotrevl
stock in the f.iltle Fiver and Choraw
IMllroad Company," it was ordered that an
election be lield at the different foiling precints
in Ibis comity on (Saturday, duly the
11th, 187-?,to decide whether such subscription
shall ho made.
The voting shall be by ballot, which shall
be either written or printed, or partly writ- I
ten and partly printed, ami snail contain the |
words, "Subscription for Preferred Stock of
Little River and Cheraw Railroad Company- - |
Yes," or the words, "Subscription for Pre- I
ferre.l Stock of Little River and Cheraw Rail- !
