COURT FOR HORRY.
In our last issue we committed an error
in Stating the tune for holding the
Court for this County 10 he March the
noih, it should have been Monday
March the 2d. We took the time ot
hobliiiff the CourL from MilAl.?..
o ~ " ? v' w 4,1 "l<*
11ho for 1874; which in wrong, the time
liming been fixed aocoiding to the
revised Statues, and not the Act ot
1872?' 1878.?
We now give hie correct time for
holding the Courts of this County for
.he present year, unless the Legislature
changes the time before the next
charge of the moon, which thing is
very probable.
Courto of General Session!
on Mondays; March 2d. June 29th.
and November 2*1.?
Counts of Co tins 1'lkask.?On Wed- ,
liesdays;?March 4th.?July 1st.- -and
November 4th.?
The following is the clause ol the
act refcred to relating to Courts of |
this County.? We advise our readers
to cut it Out and paste it in Millers
Almanac for Horry County, on 2d
page.
"The Court of General Session at
Con way bore, for the County of Ilorry,
on the iirst Monday after the fourth
Monday of February, June and October;
and the Court ot Common Pleas,
?it Conwayboro, for the County of
11 orry, on the first Wednesday after j
the fourth Monday ol February, Jiiue
?ud October."
