'I j A young son 01 an A4?uevine mm-i jily had broken some of the home rules of the game, and his two older brothers were sent to bring him to the bar of justice, which happened to be a good sized paddle. The youngster was making good time down the middle of the road,, with the two older boys in hot pur- ' 'suit, when along with the air came 9 bumble-bee and circulated in the puffed out region of the offender's , blouse. j Instantly the line of action chang-jed. With a yell of terror the pur[sued turned again home, urged to I greater action by the inside inforjmation he carried in his jacket. And the older boys mistaking that j yell of terror, for one of rage and ] attack, also took the turn with a beautiful curve and due speed. Then the race was to the swift It is even hinted the whole court of inquiry was routed and . carried away the bar J ML JUOW1VC ao a uitaouic vx in her flight. : So, all of you boys who are set upon at home, may take heart from this story, and gather courage from , the fact that being aggressive pays, and even a worm of a boy may accomplish much if backed up by a bumble-bee.
