Expiration of the fair price agree ments wi th non-union coal opera tors effective today was announced by Federal Fuel Distributor Spen cer, who said the various districts and general committees of the emergency fuel organization will cease to function next Saturday. "The agreement as to the price restraint with the non-union oper afrvrc" .Mr. Spencer said, "expires today with the resumption of the union bituminous mines. About 70 per cent of the operators have held to this agreement, and it is felt that the public has been saved a very large sum. "Pending the action of congress and the state authorities, the only restraint upon price is the schedule of fall prices declared by governors /?? Ku ofaf<? iwmmisaioneTS in I some of the states, to which it is earnestly hoped the operators and dealers will conform.
