The court begins its spring term

est is that of the state against E. N.
Mittle, charged with murder. Mittle
killed a civil engineer named Pat
terson and was convicted.
iNext Monday the supreme Wurt
will sit en banc to hear two cases,
Osteen against the Atlantic Coast
Line railroad and Beao against the
Seaboard Air Line.
