Bishop who have made their home in Abbeville for the past two years left last Sat urday for Lincolnton, N. C., where they will live in the future. The last few1 days of their stay they were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Tiddy, e who gave in their honor a lovely H five course dinner Tuesday night. Mrs. Hall as Miss Sarah Welsh has often visited . her brother, * Mr. Frank Welsh, in Abbeville and her many friends here are pleased to hear of her happy marriage. Pittman, Jr., and Miss Louise Shirley, both of this city, were quietly married Wednes day morning at 11 o'clock at the Calvary Baptist parsonage,. Rev. J. A. Sullivan performing the ceremony. Miss Shirley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Shirley, of this city and Mr. Pittman holds a position with the Seaboard Air Liae railroad.
