NINTH VICTIM OF FIRE
FROM USE OF GASOLINE
Rochester, Vermont, Feb. 3.?Mrs.
Henry Martell died today, the ninth
victim of a fire which, starting when
her husband used gasoline by mis
take for kerosene in building the
kitchen fire, destroyed their house
Tuesday. Martell's aged father and
five of their children were trapped in
the house and they burned to death
and two other children died later
Martell, who escaped injury and three
children who were not at home at the
time, are the only survivors of the
family.
Public funeral .services will be
