NOTICE FARMERS. Allow me to call your attention to ?otton that you may have out in the weather. Cotton at this season of the year is very easily damaged by ex posure and should be looked aftei carefully. I believe that the farmers with whom I have come in contact this season, believe that I have their interest at heart and will pay atten tion to what I say.
