Spartanburg landlord who owns a
number of houses and apartments,
today notified his tenants of a cut
'in rents amounting to about 15 per
cent. ' \

else. The only condition he made with
the reduction was that his name
should not be used in any publication
of the matter. So far as is known
here this is the only instance of the
