Mc Combs, near Abbeville, Mrs. Jam McCombs suddenly fell asleep, aftei i long and useful life of service foi ler master. Mrs. McCombs was almost ninety rears of age, and until a few years igo was a most active ana useful voman. Her heart was full of love md charity, and she was always villing and ready to help those in ickness or sorrow. She followed the ixample of her Blessed Master, "who vent about doing good." A noble Christian woman has gone to be with he Lord, and the world is richer for ler having lived in tt. She has left ler children a blessed memory.
