For Tire Purpose Of Im'roving Streets and Sidewalks In Said City, And To Fix The Time, *1806 and Manner of Election By The Voters Of Said City On The Juestion Of Issuing Coupon Bonds, i Whereas, a majority of the freeholders of the City of Abbeville, South Carolina, in the County, of Abbeville, as shown by the tax books of said City of Abbeville, have petitioned the City Council of Abbeville to order an election on the uestion of voting coupon bonds in he sum of not exceeding ninety housand dollars for the purpose of mproving streets and sidewalks, the said bonds to bear interest at not more than the rate of five and one half per centum per annum, payble semi-annually and in such denominations and for such length of time as the said City Council shall deem advisable and disignate by roper ordinance.
