against the calling of a genreal
strike in Germany as the result
of the Ruhr valley situation, pending
the result of the negotiations with
the Ruhr workingmen's organization
at Muenster, according to advice re
ceived here. This action was taken, it j
was said, owing to the attitude of the j
Berlin workers on the question.
