Feb. 27.?The famous B pood roads bill of the South Carolina ra legislature was passed by the senate {a today and sent back to the house for g concurrence in slight amendments. j| This means that the legislature has j| after two years of hard struggling ? over the problem of highways pass- g ed a bill that is purposed to get": j| South Catrolina out of the mud.
