W Martin ? and Mrs Ethel Martin, both of Abbe, ville. Each scheduled total liabilities 'at $1,678.08, while Mrs. Martin 'scheduled assets of $900 and J. W. i Martin scheduled assests of $200. . The case was referred to David H. : Hill, referee in bankruptcy , before ; whom the first hearing will be held on March 11th. j i > Mrs. Ann Branyon Johnson. [ Mrs. Ann Branyon Johnson died Monday night at the home of Mr. E. !A. Johnson near Barker's Creek after i an illness extending over a period of several months. Mrs. Johnson was a native of this section in which she died and had spent her whole Jife ir jthis community. She was a Miss i; Branyon before her marriage to Mr, W. G. Johnson, who died a few years ago. Since the death of her husband she made her home with Mr. Ed Johnson. She was a devont. mpinher of the Barker's Creek Baptist church. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. R. iK. Maddox, and two brothers, Messrs. Robert and Lawrence Branyon, all of the Barker's Creek section. The interment was at Barker's Creek yesterday afternoon.?
