He is meet ing with great success in his ventnr for he serves a dainty luncheon at ' reasonable price. Everyone wishe him success. The canteen house was presente to the Red Cross by the Service Lea gue during the war and was sold t Mr. Howie for one hundred and thii ty-five dollars. Red Cross Organized for Epidemic. The Civilian Relief Committee o the Red Cross has perfected an em ergency organization to serve durinj i the "flu" situation, and have every t thing ready for an epidemic should i r| reach that stage.
