At present the e months for daylight saving in New b York conform to the old federal stat- b ute, from March to October. To have a; the law uniform, Mr. Maries said, ji an amendment will be introduced S ? a# ?. ii- - ? a. n cnanging cne urae irom tne last ounday in April to the last Sunday in September.
