Hemphill and Miss ^ Virginia Clothilde Marie LaBorde were happily married Saturday afternoon at half after five o'clock at the '3S Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church at Greenwood, the Rev. John ^ T. Young officiating. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Hemphill left for Greenville, where ihey spent a day or two, returning ^ to Greenwood, where they will make their home in the future. ; Mrs. Hemphill is the daughter ->f Mr. and Mrs. Paul J. LaBorde o/ Covington, La., and has been in Greenwood since the beginning of fall as stenographer for Tillman and Mays. She is a young womai" of beautiful face and attractive manner k who will endear herself to all with rg whom she comes in contact Mr. Hemphill has recently settled in Greenwood and is making his way in the world.
