A few days ago, Frank Richardson,
a well known employe of the Byrd

As you know a a special election
has been called for next Tuesday, the
10th, to settle, the race for the House
between Messrs. Adams and Neuffer,
and I take this means of caalling on
every one to go to the polls and vote
for the man of his choice. The election
is an important one.
I specially urge the Managers to
conduct the election strictly according
to the law in order that

be opened at 8 and closed at .4, and
in no case must be closed before
that hour. The oath for each voter
must be given and will be found in
