Quarantine Regu1 tions to Pre vent the Spread of Splenetic or Texas Fever in Cattle. - Owing to the release from Federal Quar antine of the counties of Oconee, Pickens, Greenville, Anderson, 8partanburg, Chero kee, Union, Laurens, Greenwood, that part of Abbeville County north of the Seaboard Air Line Hallway, that part of Chester County west of the Southern Railway and the Carolina <fc Northwestern Railway, and that part of Tork County north of the Kingville & Marion branch of the South ern Railway the Board of Trustees of Clemson College, under authority con ferred by the General Assembly, adopted a quarantine regulation, effective April 1, 1912, prohlbitlrg the movement of cattle from other parts of this State or from any other State, into the above mentioned area of South Carolina.
