Union, Laurens, Greenwood, that part of Abbeville County north of the Seaboard Air Line Railway, that part of Chester County west of the Southern Railway and the Carolina k Northwestern Railway, and that part of York County north of the Kingville <fc Marlon branoh of the South ern Ballway the Board of Trustees of Clemson College, under authority con ferred by the General Assembly, adopted a quarantine regulation, effective April 1, 1912, prohlbitlrg the movement of cattle from other parts of this State or from any other State, into the above mentioned area of South Carolina.
