The death of Lather H. Nlckles, Clyde
Moore una David Beard was caused by a
hend-on collision.

killed ? names, Lather H. Nlckles, Clyde
Moore and Dave Beard. Both trains, Second
No. 19 and Seoond No. 20, was late on schedule.
Second No. 20 had the right of way.
Neither one was sidetracked. Seoond No. 19
should have taken side track, andSeooud No,
20 should have walled till they were sidetracked.

No. 20. This was done February 2nd
about 9:40 o'clock.

death from a broken neck with other Blight
bruises on the body. Mr Luther Nlokles'
death was tbe result of fractured and lacerated
left arm, and both legB, as well as other
bruises over the body.
