A. B, P. Synod.
The A. R. P. Synod or tbe South opeupri
with a splendid attendance, more than 27;
vlsltois and delegates being present. The
meeting was pervaded by a most harmonious
spirit throughout Us deliberations.
The Dae est choir has always bad an
enviable reputation and Irom all reports ii
sustained Its reputation on this occasion
Tbe tinging was superb.
Muohklnd mention was made of Mr. J,
Campbell White, the U P. minister who was
In attendance at the by nod In the Interest ol
mission work In India. A proposition to
establish a mission in India was refered to a
oommlttee.
It wandeoided by the Synod that the oburcb
should have an offlolal organ and Rev. G. G.
ParkisoD of the semlnery was made editor.
While the paper has been ably edited under
the dual editorship of Rev. O. Y. Bonner and
Rev. T. G. fioyce, It is safe to say tbat the
ttynod has made no mistake In the selection
of Rev. G. G. ParkiDson as edlter. The
change in tbe editorship will take place
Christmas. Tbe paper will still remain
nnder the able managment of Mr. R. 8.
