Miss Eunice Todd and Miss Julia Cowan
have been added to the choir in the Associate
Reformed church to till the chairs vacated by

Dr. J. W. Wideman was down In tbe Long
Cane section a lew days last week on business.
While in Abbeville one day last week we
called in at Mr. Bernau's nice jewelry store.
He is located below tbe bank and is well
equipped for bis line of work. He has the
best stock of jewelry on hand ever opened up
in Abbeville and expects a lot of new goods
in a few days.
Mr. John W. Elliott, of Charlotte, N. C.,
came down last week to look after property
