While there have been a host of | perishing people in (ireenvllle, Columhiaand ; Spartanburg, we do not know of any extreme suffering among either white or black of our I people. The Floral ISill School. 1 Owing to the crowded condition of the Ab'beville High School, the school authorities liuve deemed it proper to establish a new school o i Floral Hill where the children who ?rannot find a place in the High School may I receive excellent educational advantages. 'Tiiis is a long needed step and we note the fact with no small decree of pleasure. Mrs. Bel lieu, wife of tiie Ilev. Mr. Bethea. will take charge of the new school, and we have no doubt that her ability will be equal to every demand. Home .Undo Cotton. Mr. R. A.
