Editor Preu and Jlanner : In a recent Issue of your paper I seo a communication relative to a proposed railroad from Elberton to the Savannah Valley at Enright, and from Euright to AbbevMo Court House. Myself and other gentlemen own a charter from the Georgia Legislature for a railroad from Elberton, with the rl?ht to cross the Savannah Hlver anywhere from Harper's Kerry to old Petersburg.
