The trustees of the public school# of Abbeville county met in the Court House by appointment of the School Commissioner July 'si, Nine townships were represented. Mr. M. MclJec was called to tlie chair and Mr. W. A. Ternpleion was requested to act as secretary. Alter considerable discussion It was derided that the School Commissioner should se nd to each trustee the following questions for answer : 1.
