at 10 o'clock P. M., from the first day of
May to the first day of Sen tern bar in
each yeur, and at:) o'clock P. M. from

Sec. 2. Any one violating the provis
i ions of the foregoing section shall' be
| fined in a sum not lo exceed twenty
{dollars or be imprisoned at the discre

making their Returns are urged to do

uty, within the time prescribed by law,
the last Return made by said Tax Pay
er will be copied from the Auditor's
Books and fifty per cent, added thereto,
land in cases where Tax Payers escape
paying their Taxes for any t>ne year, the
penalty quoted in See. 47, Special Ses
