the several counties of the 8tate, in proportion
to the number of children between
the age of six and sixteen; further,
that each county shall be entitled

to be disbursed by the Adjutant and Inspector
General upon the order of the

Sec. 8. That all taxes asses&Qd and payable
under this act, shall be paid in the

has issued over 13 500 policies, and its

have been six per cent, less in number
as to average losses or other
