Naw Road Law. V . The new Bill introduced in th< Senate regulating the keeping in re pair of pubJic roads, has some new features which may npt p'rove unin ieresting to the public. Section first provides for the divis |oti of each county into three districts each County Comniis>ioncr to he as signed his particular district by tin Chairman of the Board. The Com missionerof each district is instructc to causc to bo performed under in; direction ouch labor as is ncces.-an foj the construction and keeping in repair of the public highways and roads in the respective pivninets tc which thoy belong. This labor h cxclusivo of the other duties of the Commissioners, and they are allowei the same rate, t. ?3 per diem foi the performance of road duty.
