officers (elective) held in each County
on tho third Wednesday of October,
Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred
and seventy, and on the same
day in every second year thereafter,
tiie officers otherwise provided for in
the Constitution of tho State excepted
Sec. 2. That tho present County
officers shall continue to perform tho
duties of their respective offices until
their successors shall be elected and
duly qualified.
Sec. 3. That nil Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with this Act be,
and are hereby, repealed.
