a System of Free Common
Schools for the State of
South Carolina.

Skc. 13. That copios of all papers
filed in the office of the Stato Superintendent
of education and hie official
acts may be certified by him, and

Sec. 14. That the State Superintendent
of Education shall submit, in
his animal report, a statement of his
official visits during the past 3-ear.

1st. The number of persons between
the a^es of six (6) and sixteen (16)
years, inclusive, residing in the State
