THIS healthy and agreeable Watering Place, cs- | tablished by an association of gentlemen, not i for private gain, but to promote the prosperity of I he } State, by arresting the current of Northern travel, I which has annually carried away hundreds of -thou sands of her -wealth to enrich other communities, will | be prepared the ensuing season to accommodate j 300 persons, in a style of comfort not surpassed by I any similar establishment in the Uni'.ed States. The ! main brick building will contain upwards of 100 bed- j rooms, besides an extensive drawing-room, dining- ! room, and ball-room. Two wooden houses and a j number of cabins suitable for families arc also pro vided. A piano and billiard table "Will be furnished for the amusement and recreation of tlhe visiters ; and the ball-room, with n suitable band of music, will be always at their service. The main Spring is of de lightful limestone water, which has proved highly beneficial to dyspeptics. It is enclosed in marble, and adjoins an open portico, 50 feet long and 26 wide, provided with seals, and well shaded by a deep and beautiful grove. An elegant Bathing House, with two pools walled up with marble, with a sufficient number of dressing apartments, is also contiguous to the Spring.
