E'ARVEY WOFFORD, Administrator of
the estate of ELISHA STALLIONS,
ascd, having petitioned this Court, praying
that a sufficient amount of the proceeds of
the sale of the real estate of Klislia Stallions
deceased, be paid over to him, to enable him to
finish paying off the debts of said deceased, the
personal estate being insufficient for the same:
It is therefore ordered, that ficorgo Stallions,
Betsy Ann O'sliields and lier husband Simpson
O'Shields, and the children of Louisa and
Lewis Harrison, deceased, if any, defendants
in this case, whe reside without the limits of
this State, be and appear before the Court of
Ordinary to be holden for Spartanburg District,
at Spartauburg Court House, on the 28ih
day of January next, to show cause, if any i liey
can, why the prayer of said petition should not
he granted. It is further ordered, that they
render in, on or before that day, an account, of
all advancements made to them by said deceased,
in. order that the Ordinary may know
how to pay out the balance of the funds arising
from the sue of said real estate.
