tho City litnita of Greenville, about one
utile Iruut tbe Court House, on Pendleton and
other aireets now beiug opened, Containing
Thirty (HO) Acres, more or lesa, about Ten
(10) of which are under cultivation, the remainder
ia well timbered, having beautiful
Building Lota ou all of it, aud ia woll adapted
for cultivation. Also, on this Tract of Land
