BR IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Oreenville, in Council assembled, and by authority of the ittne, that on and after the passage of this Ordinance it shall not be lawful for any party or parties to erect any wooden building of any kind whatever on tho Main Street ot said City. Skc. 2. That before any person or persons shall proceed t<> erect any Store House, Dwelling House, Hotel, Stable, Fence, Awning. Cel lar Door, and other structure of any kind whatsoever, application shall first be made to tho City Council, in writing, stating the use and purpose t<> which the said building or other Itructuro is designed, and stating the place of location for tbo same, and a permit from the Mayor and Aldermen be obtained to erect such building or other structure, before the same shall be commenced.
