Fraudulent State Bonds* We habere there la a unlrarsal determine tion of all honaat men, of all partita in tbe Rtato, nevor to pay any debt of the 8tate fraudulently incurred or superinduced to serve tbe purpose of plundering ring*. Much is eaid in ail tbe papers of tha 8tato on the new rumors of fraudnlsnt bonds and as to tbe course to be pursued, but alt seem, to come to tbe same conclusion. Bbvbrlt Nash, tbe colored Senator for Riehland, is reported to hare said a very sensible thing in Columbia, lately, from wbiob tbe distinguished white Stalesmso of tbe land might learn wisdom. Nash said it would be better for tbe State to hare o crttlit at Mr* I Hum, and so say ws. It is a pity that any bond of tbe State could h e issued and sold for one mill on the hundred dollars. State crodit, since tbe war, even tbe littlo it bat had, has been State ruin. Heaven forbid that the State credit for new issues of bonds should he kept up.
