The said County Board shall also havo pqwer to fill, by appointment, all vaeanoies which may occur in the respective School District Boards of Sohool Trustees io their county. Bkc. 34. For the purpose of conducting the - election provided for in the foregoing Beetion, a public meeting of the voters of each school district shall be called by order of the County Board of Examiners; laid meeting shall m presided over by one member of said Board o f Examiners, or a perron ?y them appointed ; shall appoint a Secretary, who shall keep a fair record of its proceedings, to be deposited with the County Scnool Commissioner, and shall than proceed to elect three persons, rests dent in the said school district, to serve as School Trustees for one year : Provided, That fifteen days' notice shall be given ?1 every such publio meeting.
