Agent, and each Speculator in Hraih, Flour or
Country Prodnce, not otherwise licenced, shall
pay a Licence of Five Dollars for conducting
said business or occupation ; said sum to be
paid on or before the first day of March next,
or on any sntossqnent day before commencing
such buciuces or occupation. And a penalty
of Five Dollar* per day *h*U be levied against
any person prosecuting *ucb business or occupation
without first having taken out a License
