Brock of Anderson, charged with conspiracy to defeat ' the army draft law, the verdict was "not guilty." Lola Jones, Madge Jonee and Be- ] atrice Hawkins, negro women, charged with Immorality in the Spartanburg army camp, were con- ] icted, but have not yet been sen to be a religious fanatic. Sentence has not been pronounced. Michael Carroll, an Irishman, who has only been in this country six months, was convicted of failure to register and given six months.
